Onsite Consultation

We meet you onsite to discuss your project needs and gather information for a formal quotation. At this time, we prepare a hand sketch, make notes of key structural and planting considerations and listen to your landscape needs. 

 

This is a FREE onsite verbal design consultation to exchange ideas and takes around 45 minutes. We will also use this time to discuss different garden design styles, construction materials and outdoor space utilisation to help you turn your concepts into a working project.

Quotation 

​

We provide two types of quotes.

​

A) Landscape projects with less design detail and construction complexity will receive a formal quote and hand-sketch landscape plan.

​

B) For more complex projects a quote for further drawings and concept plans may need to be provided. In order to quote accurately and fully capture the clients landscape design and construction goals, a formal concept plan may be recommended. Plans cost from $395 depending on the size and details required, deposit required.

Revisions & Approvals

 

Once you have received your quote and relevant landscape plans, we work with you to revise the project details and project budget.

 

 

Construction 

​

With your approval, we will schedule a convenient time to commence construction. A project timeline will be provided, and as will our commitment to a tidy construction site and delivering upon the approved project agreement.

If council approval is required, an application is prepared once the Concept Plan is completed. This is cost is a separate item and will incorporate any engineering and construction plans necessary to complete the project.
